X-GMT 2026: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

XIM General Management Aptitude Test (X-GMT) is an online exam conducted by XIM University, formerly known as Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB). The entrance test is a gateway for admission to various MBA programs offered at The Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). XGMT is conducted in computer-based test mode in various centres across six cities in India. Courses offered at XIM University via XGMT scores include:

XIM University, Bhubaneswar, facilitates XGMT registration for MBA admission at the University. Candidates aspiring for XIMB MBA admission can also apply for admissions via other exams, like CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, etc.

XGMT application form releases on the official website of the university, xim.edu.in. Candidates need to complete the one-time registration, followed by filling details in teh form and paying the application fee to complete XGMT registration.

XGMT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to appear in X-GMT 2027:

• The candidate must hold a three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline and must have secured at least 55 per cent aggregate (60 per cent aggregate for MBA-UMG), from a recognised University
• Candidates who have secured the 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd position in their undergraduate program can apply directly to MBA-RM and the MBA-UMG programs, without having a valid CAT/XAT/GMAT/XGMT score. Along with the application, the candidate must attach a certificate from the Head of the Institution stating their position. Candidate will have to still attend the Personal Interview round.
• Admission of candidates who fail to complete all the requirements for obtaining a degree before a specified date, will automatically be cancelled
• A candidate who joins a program in the University will not be permitted to sit for any examination of any other institution or agency

Candidates who register successfully for the exam will be issued XGMT admit cards 2027. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, xim.edu.in. Candidates have to take a print out of the XGMT hall ticket and carry the same on the exam date. XGMT 2027 admit card will have critical details, including the exam date, time, venue, and more. Candidates failing to carry a hard copy of the XGMT admit card will face denial in entry to the exam hall.

XGMT 2027 result is displayed on the official website, and test-takers can access the same using their login ID. Candidates passing the XGMT exam will have to appear for the Writing Ability Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI). The final selection of students is done on the basis of the scores obtained in the entrance test/National level exams, WAT and PI.
