IIT JAM 2024 Mock Test Updates: The exam conducting authority has activated the IIT JAM 2024 Mock Test link for all the examination subjects. Candidates who are taking the IIT JAM 2024 on February 11, 2024 can visit the official webiste, i.e., https://jam.iitm.ac.in/ and can attempt the mock test from there. The IIT JAM mock test is designed in such a way that the candidates can experience the actual exam as closely as possible. This includes the exam format, navigation scheme, and type of questions. By taking the mock test, candidates can get comfortable with the exam environment and learn how to navigate the test paper efficiently.
IIT JAM 2024 modification window for JAM registration will open on November 20 by IIT Madras. Candidates who want to make any corrections to their IIT JAM 2024 application form can visit the official website and make corrections there.
For admission to IIT Madras, candidates must pass Class 12 and graduation before applying for the course. As per the minimum eligibility requirements for the course, candidates need a BE/BTech/BArch degree or a master's in Science/Arts with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Qualifications from exams by recognised professional societies are also accepted. Further, candidates will be selected based on a valid GATE score.

Candidates seeking for admission to M.Tech at IIT Madras, candidates must pass graduation with minimum 60% aggregate as the minimum eligibility criteria for General category candidtaes.
In addition to this, candidates must also qualify GATE exam with a valid score. The cutoff may fluctuate every year, as it depends upon multiple factors. As per witnessing the last three years' closing cutoff for M.Tech course at IIT Madras, the highest closing ranks have been between 500 to 800 made for all top specialisations.

IIT JAM 2024 exam pattern has been announced by IIT Madras along with the exam notification. The exam will be held online as a Computer Based Test (CBT) in two slots. The exam pattern has been composed in such a way that the examination will have objective types of questions. Test Papers will have three objective type of questions i.e., Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions.
