IIT Varanasi (BHU), the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi offers an undergraduate degree that lasts for four years. These programmes enable the students to pursue both their undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in a combined format. Yes, IIT BHU offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to 25% undergraduate students. Besides, there are several endowment scholarships offered by the Institute.
