KIITEE 2026 Exam Pattern - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) has released the KIITEE exam pattern 2026 at kiitee.kiit.ac.in. The exam pattern provides detailed information on the exam duration, marking scheme, format, language and more. As per the KIITEE exam pattern for B.Tech, the test will be conducted in online mode for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates have to attempt the KIITEE exam at designated exam centres only. The authority has announced the KIITEE 2026 exam date, phase-wise. 

Candidates must be aware of the KIITEE exam pattern before appearing for the exam. KIITEE 2026 is being conducted for admission to various UG and PG programmes, such as B.Tech, B.Tech (lateral entry), MCA, etc. The KIITEE exam pattern 2026 differs for each course. The authorities have released the KIITEE 2026 exam pattern in the information brochure. Candidates appearing for the entrance test must check the exam pattern. The important points to remember for the KIITEE B.Tech exam pattern 2026 are given below.

  • KIITEE 2026 will be conducted online in CBT mode and will have 120 MCQs.
  • The exam will be conducted for 150 minutes.
  • Each question in the KIITEE paper will have four options and candidates must select the correct answer.
  • Students can jump directly to any question by clicking on the question number.
  • The answered question number will be marked green, while the unanswered question will remain blue.
  • Candidates doubtful about an answer to a question can mark it for review using the ‘Mark for review' button.
  • If candidates need to change the answer to a question, they can select the question and change its answer by clicking on the appropriate answer.
  • Once candidates have completed answering all questions in a particular section, they will be automatically directed to the first question in the next section.

Applicants appearing for the KIITEE 2026 exam have to follow the exam guidelines given below. Candidates must log in to their system by entering the password given on the KIITEE admit card 2026. Applicants will be given a sheet for rough work. Candidates can start answering the questions once the timer starts. Students cannot take a break during the test. Candidates can check their answers during the remaining time or complete the test. Once done, click on the submit button. The test will close automatically after the test duration is completed.
