WBJEE Pharmacy 2026 Result: Download Scorecard, Rank List Here

WBJEE result 2026 download link will be available at official website. No other mode will be used to declare result. Candidates will be able to check their scores and ranks obtained in exam through WBJEE result. It is to be noted that result can be downloaded in form of WBJEE 2026 rank card. To download result/rank card, candidates will have to follow steps given below.

• Click on official result download link.
• Candidates will be required to log in using their application form number along with date of birth.
• Result will be available where candidates can check their scores and ranks.
• Candidates will have to download and print out their rank card.

WBJEE rank card is released online. After logging in, candidates will be able to check their rank card. Some important information that are available through WBJEE rank card 2026 are given below.

• Candidate's Roll Number
• WBJEE 2026 Application Number
• Date of Birth
• Total Marks
• Composite Marks in Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics & Chemistry)
• GMR (General Merit Rank)/PMR (Pharmacy Merit Rank)
• Qualifying Status
• Photograph

Candidates should make sure to check all information carefully before downloading rank card. If any mistakes are found, they should immediately contact official authorities. If they wish to submit any grievance regarding their obtained scores, then they will be able to raise a query through email to info[at]wbjeeb.in. However, the grievance has to be submitted within 24 hours of the declaration of the result. While sending the grievance, the candidates will also have to attach copies of their OMRs, rank card, question booklet number and its series code, question-wise calculation of the score. Physical representations of the result publication will also be accepted by the authorities until noon on the next working day.

WBJEEB will prepare two merit lists for the admission process. The merit lists will be separate according to the subject that the candidate appeared for. The marks scored in the exam will be considered for the merit list. The details of the two types of merit list are given below.

WBJEE General Merit List (GMR)

• This particular list will be in the name and style of ‘GMR’ applicable for admission to all the Degree Level Engineering / Technology / Architecture Courses available in all listed Engineering / Technology Colleges and Universities within the state of West Bengal.
• The above list will also be considered valid for admission to the degree-level Pharmacy course available at Jadavpur University.
• The list will be prepared based on the candidate’s scores obtained in all the subjects (i.e. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) in WBJEE.
• Ranking in the GMR WBJEE merit list will be prepared in descending order of total marks scored in all the subjects as stated above. However, there may also be ties; in such cases, the tie-breaking rule shall be applicable for determining the merit rank.
• Separate reserved category merit positions will also be indicated for the respective category of students. For instance, SC Rank, ST Rank, OBC-A-Rank, OBC-B Rank, PwD Rank, TFW Rank. But ‘GMR’ shall be applicable for competitive seat allotment and counselling.

WBJEE Pharmacy Merit List (PMR)

• This list will be prepared in the name of ‘PMR’, which will be applicable for admission to all degree-level Pharmacy Courses available in all enlisted Pharmacy Colleges and Universities, except the degree-level pharmacy course available at Jadavpur University. The merit list GMR will be applicable for admission to the degree-level Pharmacy Course at Jadavpur University.
• The above list shall be prepared based on the score of candidates who have appeared in the combined paper of Physics & Chemistry only in the WBJEE.
• Ranking of this merit list will be done in descending order of total marks scored in Physics and Chemistry in the WBJEE. However, there may also be ties; in such cases, the tie-breaking rule shall be applicable in determining the merit rank.
• A separate reserved category merit list will also be published for the respective category of students. For instance, SC Rank, ST Rank, OBC-A Rank, OBC-B Rank, PwD Rank, TFW Rank. But the ‘PMR’ shall be applicable for competitive seat allotment and counselling.

There are three separate merit lists for the WBJEE exam for engineering, medical and pharmacy entrance exams. The rule does not apply to Jadavpur University. Candidates with their names present on the merit list will be eligible for the WBJEE counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates will have to register for the counselling and fill out their preferred choice of college and course.

WBJEE marks versus ranks will let the candidates understand their probable secured ranks based on their scores obtained in the entrance examination. Checking the previous year's WBJEE cutoff ranks, will let the candidates calculate the probable ranks they may secure based on their scores. By knowing their WBJEE ranks beforehand, the candidates will be well prepared for the counselling process and accordingly select their choice of colleges and courses.

In case two or more candidates secure same WBJEE 2026 rank, then authorities follow tie breaking guidelines given below to prepare rank list. Guidelines listed below will be followed in given order. 

• Candidates with lesser collective negative scores in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry will be given a higher rank.
• If tie still exists, candidate with more collective positive scores in Mathematics and Physics will be ranked higher.
• If tie is still not broken, then candidate with more collective positive scores in Mathematics and Chemistry will be ranked higher.
• If tie persists, candidate with lesser collective negative scores  in Mathematics and Physics will be allotted a higher rank.
• If tie has not been broken, candidate with lesser collective negative scores in Mathematics and Chemistry will be given a higher rank.
• If tie still exists, then candidate with more positive scores in Mathematics for only 2 marks questions will be ranked higher.
• If tie is yet present, candidate with more positive scores in Physics for only 2 marks questions will be given a higher rank.
• If tie is ongoing, candidate with more positive marks in Chemistry for only 2 mark questions will be allotted a higher rank.
• If tie persists, candidate with fewer negative scores in Mathematics for only 2 mark questions will be ranked higher.
• If tie still exists, candidate with lesser negative scores in Physics for only 2 mark questions will be given a higher rank.
• If tie persists, candidate with fewer negative marks in Chemistry for only 2 mark questions will be allotted a higher rank.
• If in case a tie still exists after application of above tie breaking rules, candidate's date of birth will be taken into consideration. In such cases, older candidate is considered for admission.
