The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 was held today, December 1, 2024, in pen-and-paper format from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Over one lakh candidates participated in the exam, which was conducted for admission to 24 National Law Universities (NLUs) across the country. CLAT 2025 Answer Key will be released soon. The Consortium will release the CLAT 2025 Question Paper with answer key soon after the exam. CLAT 2025 OMR Sheet will also be released.

CLAT 2025 Students Reaction and Paper Analysis
Yuvaan Shami, another CLAT UG candidate, felt that the exam was quite easy overall. According to him English section was the easiest, but he struggled in the Logical Reasoning section. The majority of the questions came from Legal Reasoning topics.
Aditya felt that some of the sections, especially the logical reasoning section, were easy to moderate, but it had a few confusing passages. Since the length of the passages was not that long he was able to solve it in less time.
Vani shared that since the paper was tough as per her preparation, there is a possibility that the CLAT Cutoff will go high this year. Some of the passages in the General Knowledge section have been updated, although there was at least one straightforward passage, the section was still considered moderately difficult overall.
Anika Shankar shared that the section was comparatively easier with short passages on different laws like the Juvenile Justice Act, Void and Voidable Marriage, etc. With all the questions coming from the current legal knowledge, the section was easy. She will also be appearing for AILET Exam next Sunday.

CLAT 2025 Marking Scheme
The CLAT 2025 marking scheme will follow a specific pattern for awarding marks based on candidate performance. Here are the key details:

Yes, students can take admissions to BITS Law School without appearing from CLAT exam. BITS Law School admissions also conducts its own entrance exam called BITS Law Admission Test. Shortlisted candidates need to appear for Personal Interview rounds for admissions.
