Candidates allotted a seat through MCC NEET UG Counselling must carry the following documents at the time of institute reporting.

The NEET counselling registration fee varies for different candidate categories. For the AIQ seats and Central Universities, the fee for the General category candidates is INR 1,000 and for the SC, ST, OBC and PwD category candidates, the fee is INR 500. For participating in the NEET counselling process for Deemed Universities, the registration fee for all category candidates is INR 5,000. The registration fee is non-refundable. On the other hand, candidates will have to pay the tuition fee which is refundable. The amount for the General category candidates for the AIQ seats and Central Universities is INR 10,000. For the reserved category candidates, the amount is INR 5,000. For Deemed Universities, the tuition fee to be paid by all category candidates is INR 2,00,000. Those who would not be allotted a seat after the NEET counselling process will be refunded the tuition fee after the conclusion of the counselling rounds.
The MCC conducts around 4 to 5 rounds for NEET UG Counselling process for MBBS, BDS, BHMS and other seats. The rounds of NEET counselling depends on seat matrix and number of vacant seats.
The NEET counselling process is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) primarily in online mode. All the steps of the counselling process, including the registration, release of seat matrix, choice filling and locking, and release of the seat allotment result. Only the last and final round, which is the institute reporting, has to be done in offline mode. The NTA releases the NEET admit card or hall ticket online in PDF download format. Candidates need to click on the NEET admit card download link to download the PDF. Students must download the NEET hall ticket, save it and take its printout.
Candidates can check the login credentials that they have entered. The password for the registered account is case sensitive, thus, they have to enter the password carefully. If they are still unable to download the admit card of NEET, they can enquire at the NTA NEET helpline number 011 69227700, 011 40759000. In case candidates are unable to download the NEET admit card from the exam website, then they can try to do so from DigiLocker or Sandes App.
Candidates are advised to take a coloured printout of the NEET admit card. However, it is not compulsory. NTA does not state any guideline regarding this. They should carry two to three spare copies of the NEET admit card for future use. However, in case a candidate does not have access to a coloured printer, s/he can take a black and white printout of the NEET admit card as well, but the details such as photograph and text should be clearly visible. Test takers have to paste their photograph in the space provided and should not have signed on it. The Self Declaration Undertaking has to be filled up prior to the exam day.
