Candidates must fulfil the given eligibility for admission to MBBS course:
- Basic Qualification: Students should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in classes 11 and 12.
- Age: Aspirants should be of minimum 17 years of age.
- NEET 2026 Pass: Candidates must have cleared the NEET 2026 exam. The NEET cutoff 2026 is the benchmark to decide the qualification of candidates.

The first and foremost step of the MBBS admission process was qualifying the NTA NEET 2026 exam. NEET is the only medical entrance exam conducted for admission to MBBS course. The exam was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on June 21, 2026, as per the prescribed NEET exam pattern and syllabus. As per the NEET syllabus, the questions were asked from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates needed to clear the exam by obtaining the qualifying percentile and cutoff marks. The second stage of the MBBS admission 2026 is participation in NEET UG counselling 2026 and obtaining the seat allotment letter. Qualified candidates need to take part either in MCC NEET Counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats or for State NEET Counselling conducted by respective states for 85% state quota seats.
