Haryana NEET UG Merit List 2026: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, will release Haryana NEET UG 2026 Merit List in a downloadable PDF format on its official state portals, DMER Haryana and UHSR UG Counselling. This Haryana NEET UG Merit List serves as the ranking system for allocating 85% State Quota seats for MBBS and BDS programmes across government, private, and government-aided medical institutions in the state of Haryana. 2. On homepage, locate PDF Link under the "Notifications" section and click on the link titled "Provisional State Merit List for NEET UG-2026 Admissions" to launch official PDF in a web browser window.

Haryana NEET UG Merit List 2026: Tied Rank Resolution Policy

If two or more candidates obtain identical marks in NEET UG 2026, DMER Haryana applies standard internal tie-breaking criteria below to assign individual state positions:

1. Candidate with higher marks or percentile in Biology is given preference.

2. If tie persists, the higher score or percentile in Chemistry is evaluated.

3. Higher score or percentile in Physics determines the rank position.

4. Applicant who registered fewer incorrect answers across entire examination are placed higher.

5. If a resolution is still not reached, the older candidate is prioritized in rank order.

Haryana NEET UG Merit List 2026: Mandatory Documents for In-Person Verification 

Candidates whose names feature on the confirmed state merit roster must report in person to their assigned venues. They must carry the following documents in original format:

• NEET UG 2026 Admit Card & Official Scorecard

• Class 10 Certificate (serves as proof of birth date)

• Class 12 Passing Certificate & Mark Sheet

• Valid Government Issued ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN Card, or Voter ID)

• Haryana Domicile Certificate (if seeking reservation under state quota)

• Category/Caste Certificate (issued by competent local authority, if applicable)

• Income / EWS Certificate (required for fee concession/reservation validation)
