NBE will not release the official NEET PG 2024 question paper and answer key. However, some coaching centres and other experts will release memory-based NEET PG 2024 question paper and answer key solutions right after exam. The exam was held on August 11 in 185 test cities in online mode.
Unofficial NEET PG 2024 question paper and answer key have been released. It must be noted these questions are based on memory of exam taking students. The exam was held on August 11 in two shifts amid tight security. NBE conducted the exam in 170 test cities at 416 test centres. The exam timing for shift-1 NEET PG 2024 exam was 9 am to 12: 30 pm while second shift timing was 3: 30 pm to 7 pm. Candidates will be able to download the paper and answer key here.

No, candidates should answer only those questions where they feel confident about the right answer. The reason being there is a provision of negative marking in the NEET PG 2025 exam. Candidates are advised to choose not to answer rather than marking wrong option. Negative score may take a toll on overall score of a candidate.

NEET PG 2024 exam analysis is available here on the basis of students reactions. The overall difficulty of NEET PG 2024 exam was moderate difficult. The paper was difficult in comparision to last year. Questions were clinical in nature asked from Surgury, Gynaecology and other topics. 160-170 questions were good attempt. Exam analysis includes overall difficulty level of exam, questions from each topic, most difficult subject, expected cut off etc. Candidates who appeared in the exam are asked a series of questions related to variants mentioned above and analysis is prepared.

No. As per time bound section limit, candidates will have to answer questions or exhausts time of previous section before proceeding for next section in NEET PG exam. Each section has particualar allotted time, i.e 42 minute in NEET PG exam. For an example, supppose a candidate wants to answer questions of B section, he/she can do only when he exahusts allotted 42 minute of section A.
Candidates can't mark more than one answer as NEET PG is computer-based exam. Moreover, in the official information brochure, there is no mention of whether candidate will be deducted marks or not for marking two options. NEET PG 2026 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates are provided total 3.5 hours to answer the question paper.
No. Usullay NBE doesn't release the official question paper for NEET PG exam but for 2025-26 session, it released question ID and answer key. Candidates can download question Id, answer key and response sheet after login to the application page. NBE also released NEET PG 2025 scorecards on August 29, 2025. NEET PG 2024 answer key helps candidates to know their score through marking scheme. It must be noted like question paper, NBE doesn’t release official answer key for NET PG exam. Candidates can calculate the score by counting total number of correct and incorrect questions. As per the marking scheme, candidates will get +4 marks for right response and -1 for wrong response. In order to predict tentative marks, multiply number of right answers with 4 and number of wrong answers with -1. Then subtract total score of wrong answers from total score of right answers.
