The institute is accredited by NAAC with ‘A++’ grade (3rd Cycle). Institute of Medical Sciences & SUM Hospital is the Medical College and Hospital of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan or SOA, located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS) is the Dental School of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan or SOA. IDS is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
- AIIMS Bhubaneswar: It was established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). The foundation stone of this institute in Bhubaneswar was laid by then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on July 15, 2003.
