Yes, Education Ministry of India announced that the CBSE 10th Board exams are to be conducted twice in a year. It is mandatory to appear for the first phase. In case you feel that you should have been awarded higher marks in a subject, you can apply for revaluation or rechecking of the paper. The marks awarded after the rechecking/reval shall be considered the final marks and a new marksheet will be issued to you thereafter.  

In case the details mentioned in your CBSE Class 10 result 2026 aren't correct, you have to contact the school officials and get them corrected. It is important to have correct details in your result, marksheet and other papers as these are important papers and will be checked at the stage of admission for higher education. Colleges/universities and other institutes will not allow admission in case of incorrect details.

• Students can download their CBSE result by logging into the DigiLocker website or mobile application.
• Students will get credentials for DigiLocker accounts on the phone via SMS.
• Enter your details in the app to check CBSE Board 10th result 2026 online

An extra layer of security has been introduced for downloading mark sheets from DigiLocker.

To get the marksheets from DigiLocker, students can visit the website — cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in/activatecbse for initiation of their account confirmation process. Students must note that they will need a PIN to download their marksheet from the app. How do you get it? To strengthen the security and privacy of the students data, the PIN has been introduced.

To confirm the DigiLocker account, students will first have to select their class first either class 10 or 12 and then enter their school code, and roll number. Further, they access the six-digit security PIN from their schools. The PIN will be provided by their school, if not received, students will have to contact their school. The PIN will be a numeric value. Example: If pin number given by school is '012345', students will have to enter only 012345.
