IIT Roorkee Placements 2026

IIT Roorkee placement process 2026 is ongoing and will conclude between April and May, 2026. During the first two days of Phase 1 placements 2026, more than 500 offers were made out of which 8 were international offers. Top recruiting sector included Core Engineering, Sustainability, Semiconductor Tech, AI and Data Analytics. Leading recruiters were Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, DE Shaw, Flipkart.

IIT Roorkee has an active Training and Placement department that facilitates all types of placement-related activities. The Internship drive at IIT Roorkee for pre-final year students starts from August every year. PPTs and Tests of the placement drive begin from the last week of September. In addition, IIT Roorkee placement interviews start from the first week of December.
