NCHMCT JEE Application 2027 (December): Steps to Apply, Fees Details

To apply for NCHMCT JEE, candidates have to register on the exam website, upload documents and pay the fee. 

Check step-by-step process to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2027:

1. Online Registration

For registration, candidates need to provide the following information.

• Provide Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name as given in Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate in capital letters. Do not use the prefix in the name of candidate.
• Provide candidate’s date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy). 
• Candidates must provide their own Mobile Number and e-mail address.

After registering, note the system-generated application number.

2. Complete Online Application Form

In the next step, log in to the official site using the ID and password to fill out NCHMCT JEE application form. In the form, you need to fill

• Category details
• Address with PIN Code (Correspondence Address as well as Permanent Address)
• Choice of Cities for Examination Centres

3. Upload legible scanned images

Candidates have to upload scanned copies of their passport-sized photograph and signature as per the guidelines provided in the NCHM JEE notification. 

4. Pay Fee using Payment Gateway

Students need to pay NCHMCT JEE application fee in the next step. 

5. Print Acknowledgement Form

Check the status of fee payment to ensure the application form is submitted. After successful completion of online application form submission process, take a print out of the same for future reference. 

NCHMCT JEE Exam Eligibility

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject. Students appearing for their 10+2 exams in 2027 are also eligible to apply provisionally.

The upper age limit is 25 years for candidates belonging to General, EWS, and OBC categories, and 27 years for SC, ST, and PwD candidates as of July 1, 2027.

Candidates must keep the following details and documents ready before filling out and submitting the NCHM JEE application form.

• A valid Government ID proof
• Date of Birth proof (as mentioned in Class X Board Certificate)
• Govt Identity Details like Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)/Election Card (EPIC No.)/Passport number/Ration Card Number/ Bank Account Number/PAN Number/ Other valid Govt IDs
• Educational/Qualification details
• Bank account details for payment of fee 
• A valid e-mail ID
• A valid mobile number

Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE Exam Application

Along with above details, students need to upload scanned PDFs of their recent photograph and signature. Specification for scanning photo and signature are as follows:

• Candidates are advised to take 6 to 8 passport size coloured photographs with white background for application verification, counselling, and college records. 
• The scanned clear passport photograph must have 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

NTA opens the NCHMCT JEE application correction facility before issuing admit card to candidates. The correction window allows candidates to edit certain details before the exam. However, they cannot modify the entire application form. Only selected fields can be changed during this period.
