Candidates must keep the following documents ready during the REAP registration process. Applicants will be required to fill in the details mentioned in these documents in their REAP application form and also upload scanned copies of the same.  

• Scanned image of his/her Photograph (file size up to 100 KB)
• Signature (file size up to 50 KB)
• Mark sheets of class 12th Science or Diploma
• Different Category certificates (file size up to 150 KB for each document)
• Scanned images of mark sheets of class X, XI and XII examination
• Scanned image of mark sheet of JEE Main 2025 scorecard (if appeared for the exam)
• Scanned images of documents related to the domicile of Rajasthan and reservation category
• Mobile number of the applicant or nearest relative
• Certificate from the competent authority for applicants belonging to the KM category as proof of being son/daughter of the displaced persons from Jammu & Kashmir

Candidates can fill REAP 2025 application form online by following the steps given below:

Step 1: REAP 2025 Registration

The first step is REAP registration wherein candidates have to register online on the official website. After successful registration, candidates can begin with the REAP application submission process.

Step 2: Fill REAP Application Form   

After registration, candidates should sign in to their account by using the login credentials. Candidates should fill the application forms with the correct details as mentioned in the supporting documents.

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

During the REAP registration process, candidates will be asked to upload scanned copies of the required documents. Candidates should upload the required documents to verify the information provided by the candidates while filling out the REAP application form.

Step 4: Fee Payment

The last step of the REAP application process includes payment of the REAP application fee. The REAP counselling application fee can be paid online using net banking or using debit/credit cards. Note that the REAP application form will only be submitted when the fee payment is successful. After payment of the fee, candidates have to tak the printout of the REAP application form for their reference.

The following details are to be filled in the REAP application form. Candidates should fill out their application form with utmost caution. In case of any discrepancy or incorrect information, their REAP application will be liable for rejection.

The REAP application form correction facility does not open. Hence, the candidates have to fill in the application form carefully and avoid any mistakes. Once the REAP 2025 application fee is paid and the application form is submitted, the facility to make any corrections will not be available. CEG is also not going to accept any request for correction in the submitted REAP form.
