SVKMs NMIMS conducts the NPAT exam every year within a testing window. The exam is typically conducted between January and May. Candidates are allowed to book the slots to appear for the NPAT exam. SVKMs NMIMS allows three attempts during the examination window. For all three attempts, SVKMs NMIMS will consider the best score to allot seat in the participating colleges.

Candidates who appear for all three attempts have to pay the application cum examination fee thrice.
