Do Students Get Rough Sheets in JEE Main?
Yes. The National Testing Agency (NTA) clearly mentions in its brochure that students will be given rough sheets for the JEE Main 2026. Candidates have to use the rough sheets for calculations and rough work. Candidates are not allowed to bring their own rough sheets. Moreover, they have to leave their sheets inside the exam hall before leaving the centre.

However, students must ensure to submit all the sheets back to the invigilator. After the conduct of the exam, the rough sheets will be destroyed by shredding.
