The first day of JEE Main 2021 session 3 exam has begun amid strict COVID-19 protocols at 828 exam centres across India and abroad.
The JEE Main 2021 Session 3 (April) exam has commenced today. The National Testing Agency is conducting JEE Main 2021 3rd attempt exam on July 20, 22, 25 and 27. The exam will be held in two shifts each day, morning shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Students are required to submit a COVID-19 self declaration which is a part of JEE Main admit card 2021. The self declaration part will have details of travel history and would mention the health status of candidates related to Corona Virus infection.

JEE Main 2021 session 3 exam will be conducted at 828 exam centres in 334 cities across India and abroad. NTA has notified that strict COVID-19 protocols are being followed at every exam centre as per Government of India guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene of students. A total of 7,09,519 students have registered for JEE Main 2021 3rd attempt exam.
JEE Main 2021 session 3 have only Paper 1 exam for B.E./B.Tech admissions. The exam is conducted online as computer based test in 13 languages. Students have to select their preferred language of paper at the time of filling their application form.
JEE Main 2021 paper 1 exam will have a total of 90 questions divided into three sections, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 30 questions each. In every section candidates will have 20 multiple choice and match type questions and 10 questions of numerical value. Out of the 10 numerical value questions, candidates have to answer any five. In total, candidates have to answer only 75 questions. The total marks of the exam is 300 and total duration is 3 hours.
