CEE will release the KEAM 2025 results in the form of a scorecard accessible through candidates' respective logins. This year, candidates will receive normalised scores due to the exam being conducted in multiple sessions. The normalised scores will have an index mark of 300, and candidates can check them on their scorecards.

After the announcement, candidates will have a specified period to submit their 10+2 scores. The final KEAM 2025 rank list will be prepared based on a combination of standardised 10+2 scores and KEAM 2025 scores. Those who qualify in the Pharmacy entrance exam and submit their 10+2 marks can view the result through the candidate portal.

The KEAM Pharmacy rank list will be prepared by giving equal weightage (50:50) to 10+2 scores and normalised KEAM scores. Using this rank list, CEE will allocate seats to candidates through the KEAM Centralised Allotment Process (CAP-2025). Separate rank lists will be prepared for different courses, with distinct ranking criteria for each.
