So, if you are getting admission in BITS then you will have great opportunities for your future. You will be able to make a good career in your field.
Talking about the exam, then the exam will be in online mode i.e. you will give the exam on the computer. There will be four sections. Those four sections are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English proficiency, and LR. The last part contains questions from both English and LR (Logical Reasoning). There will be a total of 150 questions. In addition, for each correct question, you will get 3 marks and for each incorrect question, your 1 mark will be deducted. In addition, there will be no marks for unattempted questions. You will get 3 hours to attempt the exam. There is no section wise time limit. You can attempt any section at any time.

In addition, if are able to attempt all the questions within 3 hours and you still have time then there will 12 more extra questions that you can attempt. However, if you have not attempted all the questions then those 12 questions will not be open for you. Those 12 questions will be from 3 parts - Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology. So, excluding those 12 questions you will have 40 questions from Physics, 40 questions from Chemistry, 45 questions for Maths/Biology, 15 questions for English and 10 questions for LR (Logical Reasoning).

In fact, you will have only 1.2 minutes for each question. The level of questions will not be hard. In addition, if you are preparing for JEE Main or Advanced then you will be able to attempt those questions easily because the syllabus of those two exams is mostly the same. Try to solve as many questions as you can. Try to solve all mock tests possible so that you will be able to increase your speed to attempt the question. In addition, you will be more accurate.
For English and Logical Reasoning part, you can use BITSAT old papers or mock tests. In addition, if you are preparing for your Board exams then focus on them first because while preparing for Board exams your concepts will be clearer and that will help you in the BITSAT exam as well. So, be focused on your Board exams first. In addition, in the meantime try to attempt mock tests because solving mock tests will definitely help you on your main BITSAT exam. So, give your best and have faith in yourself and results will be in your favour.
All the best!
