Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2026 ( REAP )
REAP 2026 Dates: The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) will release REAP 2026 dates. The online REAP counselling 2026 will consist of eight rounds. Rounds 1 to 3 are specifically for Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme (TFWS) candidates. Rounds 4 and 5 accommodate out-of-Rajasthan state candidates, Kashmiri Migrants (KM), persons with special abilities, and Ex-Servicemen dependent on Rajasthan domicile. Rounds 6 and 7 cater to Rajasthan state candidates, while Round 8 is conducted to fill any remaining vacant seats at the institute level.
REAP counselling 2026 is held based on JEE Main ranks and class 12 marks. The REAP BArch merit list is compiled based on JEE Main paper 2A scores or NATA scores. Check REAP 2026 counselling dates below on this page.

The eligible candidates can fill REAP application form 2026 online on official website. No offline form is available to apply for REAP counselling process. To complete REAP application, candidates have to register, fill in details in online form, upload documents as needed and pay application fee. The candidates who complete application process can proceed to fill college choice form. Note that, candidates have to complete REAP registration process before deadline to be able to participate in counselling process.

Candidates will have to keep the following documents ready during the REAP registration process. Applicants will be required to fill in the details mentioned in these documents in their REAP application form and also upload scanned copies of the same.
- Scanned image of an applicant’s recent passport-size photograph in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 100 KB),
- Scanned image of an applicant’s signature in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 50 KB),
- Scanned images of mark sheets of class X, XI and XII examination
- Scanned image of mark sheet of JEE Main 2024 scorecard (if appeared for the exam)
- Scanned images of documents related to the domicile of Rajasthan and reservation category

REAP 2026 Choice Filling Dates
REAP 2026 choice filling and application form is released online on the official website. REAP 2026 registration includes paying the application cum registration fee, filling out the online application cum registration form, and uploading the required documents. The candidates who complete the application process can proceed to fill out the college choice form.
REAP counselling registration with the JEE Main 2026 roll number is mandatory for the candidates to be able to participate in the REAP choice filling process. Note that, all the details in the REAP registration form are fetched from the NTA database, which is mapped to the candidate's JEE Main roll number. However, some details in the form will have to be filled manually by the candidates.

REAP Counselling 2026 Merit List Release Date
The REAP 2026 merit list is released on the official website. First, a tentative merit list is published on the official website for candidates to review. The candidates can send objections against the tentative merit list. The authorities will review the objection, and if any changes are needed in the merit list, they will be made, and a final merit list will be released. Seat allocation is based on the REAP merit list and many other factors.
BE/BTech REAP merit list will be prepared based on JEE Main 2026 result, and the BArch merit list will be prepared based on JEE Main 2026 paper 2 / NATA 2026.

REAP Counselling Reporting Date 2026
Candidates allotted seats via the REAP 2026 counselling have to report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process. Note that allotment of seat doesn't guarantee admission. candidates have to complete the final admission process by reporting to the allotted college.
Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:
- Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP 2026 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent colour photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional coloured photograph with them.
- Aadhar Card / Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt if available
- Class X (High School) Board Mark sheet / Certificate as proof of date of birth
- Rank obtained in JEE Mains 2026 / NATA 2026 (if applicable)
- Mark sheet of class 12th (for Subjects) or DVoc
- Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/ EWS/TSP), issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
- Undertaking by OBC/MBC in the required format (for non-creamy layer)
- Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), (if applicable)
