REAP Counselling Dates 2026: Check Registration Date and Complete Schedule Here

The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) starts the REAP counselling registration on the official website. Candidates interested in BE/BTech and BArch admission in Rajasthan have to fill REAP application form 2026 and the college choice form to be considered for seat allotment.

REAP 2026 registration process includes:

1. Paying the application cum registration fee
2. Filling the online counselling registration form
3. Uploading the required documents

Once the counselling registration is over, candidates can fill their choices of college and course for seat allotment via REAP counselling 2026.

REAP Application Form Correction 2026

HSTES 2026 application correction facility will not be available for candidates. According to previous years’ trends, authorities have never opened an online facility to make corrections in details submitted in application form. However, if made available, link will be released online at official website. Candidates are advised to be careful while filling details in online application form.

In some cases, candidates can visit HSTES office or call toll free number 18001373735 to make changes in their application form. Since there is no guarantee of form correction, it is important to submit details in application form correctly.

REAP 2026 choice filling and application form is released online on the official website. REAP 2026 registration includes paying the application cum registration fee, filling out the online application cum registration form, and uploading the required documents. The candidates who complete the application process can proceed to fill out the college choice form.

REAP counselling registration with the JEE Main 2026 roll number is mandatory for the candidates to be able to participate in the REAP choice filling process. Note that, all the details in the REAP registration form are fetched from the NTA database, which is mapped to the candidate's JEE Main roll number. However, some details in the form will have to be filled manually by the candidates.

The REAP 2026 merit list is released on the official website. First, a tentative merit list is published on the official website for candidates to review. The candidates can send objections against the tentative merit list. The authorities will review the objection, and if any changes are needed in the merit list, they will be made, and a final merit list will be released. Seat allocation is based on the REAP merit list and many other factors.

BE/BTech REAP merit list will be prepared based on JEE Main 2026 result, and the BArch merit list will be prepared based on JEE Main 2026 paper 2 / NATA 2026.

REAP seat allotment dates 2026 has not been announced yet. Registered candidates will be allotted seats according to their ranks in merit list. To check REAP seat allotment result, they will have to log in at official website using required credentials. Choices filled during counselling are also considered for allotment. REAP merit list will be prepared for counselling and admission. Since no entrance exam is held, merit list is prepared based on JEE Main ranks and 12th class marks.

After allotment, candidates can accept their seat or upgrade it. For upgradation, they will have to apply for upward movement. To accept allotment, they will have to report and confirm at their institute before final date. If admission is not confirmed before final date, their allotment will be cancelled.

How to Check REAP Seat Allotment 2026?

• Go to the official website of the REAP counselling
• Click on the link for REAP seat allotment result.
• Now enter the login credentials aked on the login screen.
• REAP seat allotment 2026 will be displayed on the screen.
• Download the REAP seat allotment letter and take a printout for future use.

Candidates allotted seats via the REAP 2026 counselling have to report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process. Note that allotment of seat doesn't guarantee admission. candidates have to complete the final admission process by reporting to the allotted college.

Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:

1. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP 2026 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent colour photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional coloured photograph with them.
2. Aadhar Card / Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt if available
3. Class X (High School) Board Mark sheet / Certificate as proof of date of birth
4. Rank obtained in JEE Mains 2026 / NATA 2026 (if applicable)
5. Mark sheet of class 12th (for Subjects) or DVoc
6. Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/ EWS/TSP), issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
7. Undertaking by OBC/MBC in the required format (for non-creamy layer)
8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), (if applicable)
9. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, (if applicable)
10. Domicile certificate of (if applicable)
11. Income Certificate in the prescribed format of the State Government (if applicable)
12. Medical Fitness Certificate
13. Fee to be deposited at the Institute
