SGVUEE Application Form 2025, Registration: Know How to Apply

Candidates are advised to keep ready with the following documents before filling the SGVUEE 2025 Application Form:

• 12th mark sheet
• 12th class certificate
• Passport size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Graduation mark sheet
• Graduation certificate
• Qualifying exam scorecard
• Address Proof
• Caste certificate
• Aadhar card
• Email ID
• Phone number

To complete registration process, students must pay application fee online. The application form will be submitted successfully only after application fee is paid. SGVUEE 2025 application fee is INR 850/-.

Modes of Payment: Candidates can pay the application fee either through online mode or offline mode.

Online mode: Use debit card/ credit card/ net banking to pay the application fees online.

Offline mode: Candidates have to draw a DD in favor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University payable at Jaipur or generate a copy of challan from the official website and submit it at any Axis branch across the country.

Candidates will need to follow the steps given below to fill out the SGVUEE 2025 Application Form:

Step-1: Visit the official website or click on the direct link provided above.

Step-2: Enter personal information and click on the submit button.

Step-3: A one-time password will be sent to the mobile number. Login again by using the OTP.

Step-4: Now, candidates have to pay the application fee.

Step-5: After paying the fee, candidates will be required to enter personal details, academic details and other details.

Step-6: Candidates need to upload the images in the prescribed format.

Step-7: Click on the submit button to complete the application process 

Step-8: Now, candidates can take a printout of the confirmation page for further use.

Candidates who wish to fill the application form in offline mode can either download the form from the university website or purchase it from the admission office of Suresh Gyan Vihar University. After purchasing or downloading the form, candidates need to fill in the following details in the application form in the prescribed space.

• Candidate’s name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• State
• City
• Mobil number
• Email ID
• Course
• Month and year of passing
• Board/ University
• Marks/ CGPA
• Pin Code
• Street
• CIt/ Place
• Area
• Photo ID proof
• Upload Image and Signature

After filling in all the details, candidates need to paste the colour photo in the prescribed format. Check all the information filled in before sending it by post or in person. Also, the application fee has to be paid as DD of INR 850 in favour of Suresh Gyan Vihar University.

• Keep a copy of the submitted application form safe until the whole admission process is over.
• All details mentioned in the application form should be correct as per official documents. 
• An incomplete application form or incorrect information will be rejected.
