MAH CET city intimation slip 2026 has been released today. Maharashtra State CET Cell announced that this year, it will release the city intimation before releasing the admit card for MAH CET exams, for candidates to know their test city before time. This is the first time the State CET cell has released the MAH CET city intimation slip.
MAH CET 2026 MBA/MMS will be conducted twice this year. Candidates can make two attempts and best of the two scores can be used for admission. MAH MBA CET 2026 admit card for both sessions will be different and release on different dates. According to the latest circular by the examination body, MBA CET admit card 2026, will be released at least 4 days before the scheduled exam date.

What is MAH MBA CET City Intimation Slip?
MAH MBA CET city intimation slip is a document having the name of city/district/taluka in which the candidate has been allotted the exam centre. The NTA also releases city intimation for all its entrance exams to help candidates make arrangement for exam day beforehand. The MAH MBA CET city intimation slip 2026 too will help candidates make travel arrangement incase the test city is not their hometown or not as per the first preference mentioned in MAH MBA CET 2026 application form.

Difference Between City Intimation Slip and MAH CET 2026 Admit Card
While MAH CET city intimation slip is the indicator of test centre location, admit card is the document in which the exact location and address will be mentioned. The city intimation slip is not the hall ticket or permission to appear for the exam. Candidates cannot show it at the test centre to gain entry. Candidates will be allowed entry to the test centre only through MAH CET 2026 admit card.

MAH MBA CET 2026 was conducted on April 6, 7 and 8, 2026 and May 9, 2026. This year, the exam was conducted in 2 phases. Candidates could choose to appear for one or both attempts. Fee was to be paid per attempt. If a candidate attempted both sessions, best of the two percentiles will be considered for admission.
There are usually 3 CAP rounds for MBA admission through MAH CET. The MBA CAP rounds are conducted within a gap of a week and include the following:
· Announcement of provisional merit list basis CAP form registration
· Submission of grievances (if any) along with required documents at the Facilitation Centre
· Announcement of final merit list
· Reporting at the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) for verification of documents and confirmation of admission.
· Visiting the college office for admission
MAH CET score normalization process is undertaken to ensure that all candidates are judged on the same plane. This is done because MAH MBA CET is a multi-session exam and it may be possible that one session can be slighter easier or tougher than another.
MAH CET score normalization ensures that no candidate has an advantage or disadvantage over another due to differences in difficulty level of their exam session. So, before the preparation of the MBA CET result and merit list, the Maharashtra CET normalizes the exam scores. Percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all candidates who appear for MAH CET. Basically, the marks obtained by every candidate are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session.
The address of MAH MBA CET test centre will be mentioned on the admit card. The candidates will get to know of their test centre only after downloading the MAH CET admit card. Once they know the address, they should check the distance and time taken from their home to the centre. This is important as candidates have to reach their MAH CET test centre as per the reporting time mentioned in their admit card. For both shifts of MAH CET, the reporting time in 1 hour before the commencement of the exam.
Candidates must note that there is no provision to change the test centre after the admit card has been released. They should visit the MAH CET test centre a day before the exam to check traveling options, etc.

If you are selected for admission in the MAH CET CAP round I but if it is not your first preference and you do not accept the offer, then you can wait for round 2 merit list release. You can choose the option 'float' in the form to let go the offer and wait for round 2. If you're allotted a seat in the college of your first preference in Round I or if you accept the seat, you will not be eligible for subsequent rounds of CAP process.
There is no minimum qualifying marks for MAH MBA CET exam. Candidate scoring above 0 is eligible for MBA admission. However, the selection will be based on MAH CET cut offs.
MAH MBA CET 2026 score will be valid for one year only, i. e. it can be used for admission to the 2026 academic session only. If a candidate plans to drop admission this year, they will have to appear for the exam again next year.

Logical Reasoning section has 75 questions which are usually moderate but there can be a few questions that can challenge your skills. They can be confusing or time taking. Abstract Reasoning questions are easy, so candidates must target all 25 of them.
