MAH MBA CET 2024 exam analysis –The first session of day 2 of MBA CET 2024 was overall easy to moderate, but slightly tougher than March 9 papers. The Logical Reasoning questions were more in number than the rest of sections. As per the MAH MBA CET 2024 analysis of Day 2, Session 1, the Quantitative Aptitude section was tougher than yesterday. Even in VARC, the number of Reading Comprehension passages was higher and there were no questions on Grammar. In Abstract Reasoning sections, most of the questions were doable but some were challenging. In the Logical Reasoning section, the questions were mainly asked from blood-relation. There were no syllogism questions today.
Commonly asked questions
MAH CET does not have negative marking. For each correct attempt, one mark is awarded to the candidate but no marks are deducted for wrong answers or unattempted questions.
The marking scheme of MAH MBA CET is very straightforward. The total marks is 200 hundred for 200 questions. Which means, every question carries one mark. There is no negative marking. In case of incorrect attempt, candidates will be marked zero. If they skip a question, even then they will be marked zero. Total marks of a candidate will be calculated out 200 on the basis of their total number of correct attempt.
Section wise the marks allotment is as follows:
- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: 50 marks
- Logical Reasoning: 75 marks
- Abstract Reasoning: 25 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 50 marks
The MAH CET percentile is calculated out of normalized scores of every test take across all the sessions of the exam. The percentile is calculated on the basis of top scoring candidate’s marks against all other candidates.
As per the MAH MBA CET 2024 analysis by experts, Session 2 of Day 2 was more difficult than Session 1. Due to high difficulty level, number of good attempts can drop to 100-120 in this session.

- In the MAH MBA CET 2024, Day 2, Session 2, Logical Reasoning section had questions from Data Interpretation, puzzles, analogy, coding-decoding, alphabetical series, directions, etc.

Logical Reasoning section has 75 questions which are usually moderate but there can be a few questions that can challenge your skills. They can be confusing or time taking. Abstract Reasoning questions are easy, so candidates must target all 25 of them.

MAH CET MBA is a moderately difficult exam, but because it is Reasoning heavy, you will need about 6 months to prepare for it. A lot of practice will be required to master each topic, which is why you should start preparation about 6 months in advance.
