The top MAH CET MBA colleges include JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA, Welingkar’s, SIES, XIMR, MET and others. To get admission into these colleges, aspirants need to score above 99 percentile in the MAH CET exam for MBA/MMS, conducted by the State Entrance Test Cell. The CET is a state level exam, scores of which are accepted for admission to about 350+ management institutes in Maharashtra.
MAH MBA CET exam is records over 1 lakh applications every year who seek admission to state affiilated colleges. The MBA CET 2026 exam has been scheduled in two phases this year. The first attempt was held on April 6, 7, 8. The second phase exam will be held on May 9. Candidates can make two attempts and score of best of the two will be considered for admission.
MAH CET 2026 result first session was announced on May 30 and the second attempt result was declared on June 12. Following the MAH MBA CET 2026 result announcement the CET Cell will conduct Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for admission (expected in July-August 2026).

MAH MBA CET Admission Process: Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026
The Maharashtra State CET Cell conducts the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) which includes online form filling and college selection by candidates, and seat allotment by the admission authority. Candidates who score more than 0 in MAH CET or other MBA entrance exams, can apply for seat allotment. Selection will however be based on minimum cut offs. The CAP is conducted in 3-4 rounds, and in every round candidates are alloted seat as per their choice and MAH CET cut offs. Thereafter, they have to confirm admission by a certain deadline.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will release round wise and category wise MAH MBA CET cut offs 2026 on its official website during the CAP process (July to September 2026).
MAH CET score is valid for admission for one year only. Those who have appeared for MAH CET 2026, can seek admission to participating colleges this year only (2026-2028 batch) Candidates who will appear in MAH MBA CET 2027, their scores will be valid for admission to 2027-2029 batch of MBA programmes only. Those who wish to take a break of one year will have to appear for the exam again.

Logical Reasoning section has 75 questions which are usually moderate but there can be a few questions that can challenge your skills. They can be confusing or time taking. Abstract Reasoning questions are easy, so candidates must target all 25 of them.
