What After MAH MBA CET 2026 Result?

Admission through MBA CET score is a long process which includes category wise counselling for seat allotment. The Maharashtra CET State Cell conducts the entrance exam for MBA/MMS courses. Over 300 colleges and institutes participate in the counselling process which is called Centralised Admission Process or CAP. Candidates who clear the MAH MBA CET exam are eligible to participate in the CAP.

The MAH MBA CET 2026 exam will be conducted on April 6, 7, 8 and May 9. From this year, the CET is providing 2 attempts to MBA aspirants. They can choose to attempt for one or both sessions - April and May. Those who will take two attempts will have to option to use best of both scores for admission. Shortlist colleges for MAH CET CAP 2026

By looking at the past year cut offs and their own MAH CET MBA score, candidates will have to shortlist the colleges that they are within their reach and apply to the same through the CAP registration form 2026. The seat will be alloted basis the MAH CET score and categories. Candidates can select upto 300 colleges in the CAP form as part of choice filling. Seat allotment will be done round wise and once a candidates accepts the seat, he/she will not be eligible for the next round.

Participate in MAH CET CAP 2026

Maharashtra State CET will allot seats to candidates on the basis of their MAH MBA CET 2026 score and category. The seat allotment will be done in four rounds. The MAH MBA CET 2026 cut offs will be released at the same time for two rounds and category wise. Candidates will be required to status online at the state CET CELL website and complete admission process at the college they have been allotted an MBA or MMS seat.

MAH MBA CET 2026 score will be valid for one year only, i. e. it can be used for admission to the 2026 academic session only. If a candidate plans to drop admission this year, they will have to appear for the exam again next year.

Yes, MAT score valid for MAH CET counselling for MBA/MMS. Candidates can apply for admission to Maharashtra MBA colleges by registering for the CAP round under non-MAH CET category. MAH CET CAP is conducted in July-August, every year.

Yes, MAH CET exam is held in about 12 cities outside Maharashtra. It is held in Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Jaipur, Ranchi, Gandhinagar, Delhi, Kolkata, Panaji, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Lucknow and Verna.
