Maharashtra State CET Cell conducts a common entrance exam for MBA/MMS admission annually. The examination is called MAH CET MBA/MMS. Candidates from Maharashtra State are eligible to appear for this exam, score of which is accepted by over 300 institutes in the state. The examination used to be conducted only once until 2025 but in 2026, the pattern was revised and the exam was held on 2 sessions – April and May. Candidates had the option to appear for one or both attempts of the MAH CET.

MAH MBA CET Eligibility Criteria
MAH MBA CET eligibility criteria is graduation. Check below academic requirement, category wise.
- Candidate belonging to General category must have scored a minimum of 50% in graduation
- Candidate from SC/ST/PwD categories must have scored a minimum of 45 % in graduation
- The Bachelor’s degree must be from a UGC recognized university
- Candidates in final year of Bachelor’s degree programme can also apply.

MAH CET Registration Process 2027
MAH MBA CET 2027 registration process will be online. Candidates will have to create a login at the CET Cell website to fill the form.
- Visit Maharashtra State CET Cell website
- Click on CET examination portal AY 2027-2028
- Click on ‘Register’ tab
- Enter personal details and a password
- Click on save and proceed
- Verify through Aadhaar and APAAR IDs
- Log in with application number generated and password
- Enter personal details, domicile and category
- Upload required documents for domicile/category
- Upload passport size photo and scanned signature
- Enter test city preference
- Pay application fee to complete the process
MAH CET exam is conducted in 36 cities across Maharashtra and 12 cities across India. Candidates can select the test city as per their preference.

MAH MBA CET Preparation Tips
MBA CET 2027 exam preparation will require a minimum of 6 months. So, candidates should start exam preparation by October. Here are a few tips on how to plan MAH CET preparation:
- Divide 6 months into – syllabus coverage and mock test practice
- Devote first 3 month in syllabus coverage
- Check out the syllabus and list down familiar/unfamiliar topics
- Start with familiar topics to gain confidence in the beginning
- Check out official MAH CET question papers to understand question type and prep requirement
- Divide syllabus coverage plan into daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Once the syllabus has been completed, move to MAH CET mock tests and analysis
- Practice full length and sectional mock test for 2-3 months regularly to master all the topics

Admit card for MAH CET will be issued in online mode. Candidates will have to download the hall ticket of their respective attempt by using login credentials. Check the process below:

MAH MBA CET Answer Key 2027
Post the exam, CET cell will release answer keys and response sheets of the candidates. They provisional MAH CET 2027 answer key will be available through login. Check the steps below:
- Go to cetcell website
- Click on link indicating MBA/MMS objection window
- Enter application number and email ID
- Go to objection tracking tab and download the window
Candidates, who wish to challenge the official MAH CET answer keys, will have to fill the MAH MBA CET 2027 answer key objection form available in the dashboard. The fee to raise objection is INR 1000 per question. All the objections raised will be evaluated and if any of them are found to be correct the provisional answer key will be revised.
MAH CET Result 2027 for MBA/MMS
MBA CET 2027 result will be announced on the official website. The scorecard will be available through login. To download the scorecard, candidates will have to:
- Visit the cetcell website
- Click on link indicating MBA/MMS scorecard
- Enter application number and email ID
- Go to scorecard option and download it
Candidates who will qualify MAH CET will be eligible for MBA CAP – a common counselling process through which candidates will be allotted seat in the participating college.
