AFMC MBBS Admission Process 2026
Candidates who have cleared the NTA NEET 2026 exam need to follow the given process to take admission to MBBS course in AFMC Pune:
- Register online for NEET UG Counselling 2026 on website- www.mcc.nic.in. The MCC NEET registration 2026 is being carried out round-wise for Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Round.
- AFMC Merit List is published at afmcdg1d.gov.in and afmc.nic.in containing the NEET Roll Number of the shortlisted candidates who applied for AFMC, Pune through MCC portal.
- Approximately 2000 candidates (1600 boys and 400 girls) will be called for the screening test comprising English Language and Reasoning (ToELR), Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination at AFMC, Pune.
- Weightage will be given to candidates enrolled in NCC or Sports at various levels and for wards of Officers/ JCOs/ OR who are serving or Ex-Serviceman or Killed in action.
- The final merit list will be published based on the final score obtained in Written exam score + Interview marks + ToELR.
- All candidates need to appear for medical examination as per the standards laid down by Armed Forces.
- The final result of the selected merit list and wait list candidates will be available on the AFMC websites.
- Candidates who made it to the final merit list or wait list will be called for admission.
