The NEET 2024 re-revised scorecard has been released by the National Testing Agency on July 26, 2024. The scorecard has been revised based on the Supreme Court verdict given on July 23, 2024. As per the last and final hearing on various NEET 2024 petitions. Based on an IIT Delhi report, the NEET 2024 controversial Physics question, which had two correct answers, was nullified. The apex court stated that the question had only one correct answer option, hence the bonus marks should be removed. On the other hand, candidates who answered the apparently second correct option, would be considered incorrect, hence, negative marking has been levied.
Notably, as many as 44 candidates got full marks of 720 after receiving the bonus marks. The revision of scores will hamper the entire rank list. NTA is expected to release the NEET 2024 revised merit list anytime soon.
