Top 10 All India Rank holders are included in the list. NEET PG 2024 result was declared online on Aug 23. Qualified candidates will be able to download NEET PG 2024 scorecards with login details.
NEET PG 2024 toppers list is available here. Dr Vaibhav Garg topped the exam while second postion was bagged by Dr Anjali Shekawat. Both the toppers got 100 percentile in NEET PG 2024 exam. The toppers list includes candidates who get top ranks in merit list based on their scores. NBE declared NEET PG 2024 result on August 23, 2024. It must be noted NEET PG 2024 result will be valid for this session only and candidates can’t use the scorecard next year for admission. Candidates can download the scorecard for NEET PG 2024 from the official website with login details on or after August 30, 2024.

National Board of Examinations (NBE) releases cut off for NEET PG. It must be noted the cut off is releases along with NEET PG result. Candidates have to score minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. The minimum cut off is different for different category. For the general category, the minimum qualifying cut off is 50 percentile marks while for SC/ST, the qualifying cut off is 40. The cut off depends on a number of factors including the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appeared etc.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) releases the list of centres for NEET PG. Candidates have to choose a preference of the exam centre while applying online for the exam. NBE will allot the exact name and address with the admit card. Candidates will have to download the admit card once the exam-conducting body activates the link online.
Qualifying cut off vary as per the category. Candidates of unreserved category have to score little more than their counterparts of reserved category to qualify for NEET PG exam. Check the categorywise qualifying cut off in the table given below:

NEET PG 2025 cut off his reduced if seats remain vacant. Last year, MCC had reduced cut off percentile for general category to 15. For SC/ST, the cut off eligibility was reduced to 10. Candidates who have marks as per the revised cut off will be participating in remaining counselling rounds for NEET PG 2025.
The qualifying/ cutoff percentile for NEET PG can be lowered if there are not enough candidates for the counselling process. Such decisions will be taken in consultation with the Medical Council of India and will be informed to the test-takers via an official notification. In 2023, MCC had reduced NEET PG cut off percentile to zero for all category for stray vacancy round counselling. MCC had reduced cut off for 2024-25 session as well. Reduction of NEET PG cut off depends on many factors including number of vacant seats to be filled up.
Candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. The cut off varies for different categories. NEET PG 2025 cut off percentile for the general category students is 50. Those who score less than minimum cut off for that category do not qualify for the exam. A merit list is released based on the cut off marks, comprising name of candidates eligible for the counselling rounds. It must be noted that NEET PG result is valid for that particular academic year only and it can't be used next year or so.

NEET PG 2024 Result: What Next?
Next after result, candidates have to participate in the counselling process for seat allotment. It must be noted only those who qualify NEET PG with the minimum cut off as per the category are eligible for counselling. Medical Counselling Committtee (MCC) will conduct NEET PG 2024 counselling for allotment of 50% seat while respective state authorities will allot rest seats through the counselling. Before counselling a merit list will be released for 50% All India Quota. Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be participating in NEET PG counselling 2024. These candidates will have to register online and declare choice for college and course for seat allocation. MCC will allot seats based on factors such as NEET PG rank, score, reservation criteria, availablity of seats in particular college and course, choice declared etc.

A rank of 2K can get you a seat at DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai, if you belong to the General AI category. This category had the overall cutoff ranging between 89472 and 147188. Hence, admission with a rank of 2K can be easily possible. Students should know that the cutoff for other categories
