With the NIFT 2025 result expected to be announced shortly, a recent poll conducted by Shiksha sheds light on how prepared aspirants are for the crucial Studio Test—the next stage in the admission process for design programs.
Conducted among more than 200 NIFT candidates, the poll reflects varied levels of readiness and confidence as students await the results of the entrance exam.
Shiksha poll asked: “How prepared are you for the Studio Test?”
The responses revealed varied levels of readiness:
-
58% of participants said they will start preparing after the NIFTEE result is declared.
-
24% indicated they are just getting started with their preparation.
-
Only 18% felt they were quite well prepared for the upcoming round.
The data suggests that while a small segment of students has already geared up for the second phase, the majority are still waiting for the written exam results before diving into preparation. Experts, however, advise early and consistent practice, as the Studio Test is a vital step in assessing candidates’ design aptitude, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
With the Studio Test and Personal Interview expected to follow soon after the results, candidates are encouraged to stay proactive and monitor official updates. Stay tuned with Shiksha for updates.
