AIIMS Paramedical 2026: Exam Date (July 4), Admit Card, Pattern & Syllabus

AIIMS paramedical exam is conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. The examination is conducted for admission to undergraduate BSc paramedical courses offered by AIIMS campuses in Delhi, Bhubaneshwar, and Rishikesh. AIIMS paramedical examination is conducted once every year in online mode. AIIMS paramedical exam 2026 is scheduled to be held on July 4, 2026.  

All students who wish to apply for the paramedical courses in AIIMS will have to register themselves on the official website of the institute using a valid email ID and a mobile number. Candidates whose basic registrations will be accepted will have to log in again for code generation. Without the RUC, students will not be able to submit the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 registration forms. 

Students who wish to apply for the paramedical courses are advised to go through the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 eligibility criteria for the desired course before filling out the applications. If any candidate is found to be ineligible for the course, their application will be canceled. Also, the registration fee paid by such candidates shall be forfeited. Eligibility criteria for AIIMS paramedical courses

• Student must be a citizen of India
• He/She must have attained the age of 17 as of December 31, 2026.
• Passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised institution/board

Mandatory subjects in Class 12

Candidates applying for Bachelor of Optometry, BSc Medical Technology in Radiotherapy, or BSc (Hons) Medical Technology in Radiography courses must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology/Mathematics. Students must note that for all other courses Biology subject is compulsory.

Marks in Class 12

Applicants who belong to different categories are advised to check the minimum passing percentage marks in the 12th standard exam.  

• For General/OBC/EWS category candidates: 50 percent
• For SC/ST category candidates: 45 percent 

The authority has closed the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 registration process. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria could apply online. AIIMS Paramedical application process includes registration, form filling, uploading documents and payment of the application fee. Candidates need to apply before the last date. AIIMS Paramedical Exam Fees

The above-mentioned fees should be calculated in INR only. All the applicants who are from the PwD category will be exempted from paying AIIMS Paramedical application fees.

Students must note that the AIIMS paramedical examination earlier has only one exam centre, New Delhi. But as per new trends, the following is the list of centres for the candidates who wish to apply for the BSc Paramedical courses only. 

AIIMS Paramedical Exam Centres

The exam authority has not prescribed AIIMS Paramedical syllabus. The question of AIIMS Paramedical will be based on Class 12 topics. Candidates must focus on NCERT Class 12 syllabus for their preparation. The paper pattern is mentioned in the information brochure. Knowing the AIIMS Paramedical exam pattern helps students prepare for the exam better. Applicants will be given 90 minutes to attempt a total of 90 questions. The negative marking scheme is applicable in the AIIMS Paramedical 2026 exam.

The language of questions asked in AIIMS Paramedical exam is both English and Hindi. For each correct answer in the AIIMS Paramedical exam applicants will be given a +1 mark. While for each incorrect answer students will be given a -1/3 mark.
