CUET UG registration 2026 will end on January 30, 2026 at 11.50 PM. The last date to pay CUET application fee 2026 is January 31. NTA is expected to extend CUET registration 2026 last date, official confirmation is awaited. Students desireous of taking admission to UG courses of Central Universities must fill online form before the last date. While filling CUET online form 2026, students must carefully enter subject combination to appear for exam. In case of any mistake in form, students can edit CUET 2026 application form from February 02 to 04. Registered candidates will be able to download CUET intimation slip 2026 and CUET admit card 2026 when released. NTA will conduct CUET 2026 from May 11 to May 31, 2026.

CUET Eligibility Criteria 2026

Students should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in Science or a relevant stream to be admitted to bachelor’s degree programmes in the Central Universities.

For admission to the desirous University/Institution, the candidates must appear in CUET 2026 in the Languages and Domain Specific subjects as per the Program-Specific Eligibility for which s (he) is desirous to take admission. For instance, if a candidate wishes to apply for B.Com (Hons.) programe in Delhi University he/she will be required to make the subject combination as :
Combination I: Any one Language from List A + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1

Combination II: Any one Language from List A + Accountancy/Book Keeping + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1
Candidates are advised to check CUET programme-specific eligibility criteria before filling the application form, failing which they will not qualify for further admission process.
PwD candidates who are visually impaired or have disability in the upper limb or have lost hands/fingers which prevents them from operating the CUET UG computer based test will be able to avail the scribe facility.
Such candidates can take the help of scribe for reading the questions or keying the answers as per the direction of candidate. The scribe will not be allowed to explain or suggest the answer. To avail the service of scribe, PwD candidates must opt for it while filling the CUET 2026 application form. The scribe will be provided by CUET 2026 conducting body National Testing Agency (NTA) only.

As per the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment guidelines, PwD candidates will be provided with following facilities:

Step 3: Examination Centre Selection: Candidates must choose two CUET exam centres: states and city choices in the preferential order in which they wish to appear for the exam.

Step 4: CUET Test Paper/CUET Domain Subject Selection

Candidates can select a minimum of three and a maximum of five subjects or papers.

Along with the CUET domain subject selection, candidates also have to select the medium or language of the question paper they wish to opt for.

In case of selecting less than five subjects, candidates have to select the NA: Not Applicable option for the rest of the subject fields.

Step 6: Application Fee Payment
Candidates must pay the application fee to submit the CUET 2026 application form. Candidates get various online options to pay the CUET application fee like net banking, UPI and wallets. Candidates will not be allowed to pay the CUET fee 2026 in offline mode. The fee will vary for overseas candidates. While filling the CUET UG 2026 application form, many applicants may encounter issues on the website for CUET UG. The number of challenges have been listed below:

NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 online in second week of May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Prior to the release of the CUET UG admit card, NTA will release the advance intimation of exam city slip. It is not the admit card, but will inform candidates about the city. After downloading the CUET UG 2026 admit card, candidates will have to check all the details carefully and ensure that there is no mistake. In case of any error, they will have to contact NTA to get the necessary corrections done.
DU CSAS portal 2026 will be actiavted at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. University of Delhi launchs CSAS portal 2026 in June. Candidates who will appear for the CUET 2026 exam can register at DU CSAS 2026 portal. Candidates will be required to enter the college and course preference and pay the DU CSAS registration 2026 fee to participate in the admission process. On the basis of the choices entered and CUET 2025 percentile, candidates will be alloted college and course. CUET 2026 result will be declared in first week of July 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in.
