It has an amazing infrastructure, good campus-life but bad placements.

Placements: The placements offered for biotechnology are below average since most students prefer to go in for high studies, so even the college doesn't make any efforts in this regard. This year only 32 students opted for placements, and the highest salary package offered was 15 LPA by Zydus to a student who had exceptional research projects. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA to the students. I recommend not choosing this stream in this college if you're interested in placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided are top-notch in every regard, and all the lab equipment is at par with industry standards. The lap technicians are always more than ready to help us to learn how to use them. Wi-Fi is available throughout the main campus and has a pretty average bandwidth but it works. All the facilities are amazing and this institution is one of the best in India in this regard. The library is fully stacked and has books on any topic you need to learn, you won't have to buy books throughout your course.

Faculty: Since most of the classes were online this year, many teachers had a hard time teaching via Google Meet. There was a huge learning curve and many times classes were canceled due to internet issues and other problems. Other than that, the teachers are alright and explain the topics pretty clearly. Notes are shared for every topic after each class and are pretty in-depth and help us a lot during revision. The course is at par with industry standards and is nothing makes it stand out when compared to other colleges. The end semester exams are pretty difficult since they usually ask 5-10 mark questions as 2 mark questions, and time management goes down the drain.

Other: The fests of this institute are pretty good, and we have 2 major fests each year, and both of these are fun packed. College life, in general, is pretty fun and if you're looking to have some fun while doing your engineering, this is the right place.

It is an average college, with average faculty, but the fee is high.

Placements: The placements offered are average. The average package offered was quite low, but the students had a lot of opportunities as several companies visit the campus during placements. Around 70% of students were offered jobs from my batch, but most of them went for Masters as the packages were not compelling enough. The top recruiting companies were Nestle, Cipla and Eli Lily.

Infrastructure: You will get every kind of facility on the campus, be it a lab or a canteen. Wi-Fi is also available in the classrooms, and there is a huge library. The food available in the hostel is average. There is a hospital on the campus itself. Overall, the campus is quite good.

Faculty: Some of the teachers take their job very seriously, and some don't come to the college at all. The teaching quality isn't up to the mark. The course curriculum is good, but the students are not informed about the ongoing scenario in the industry. Semester exams are not that difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%.
