NBSAT 2027 Application Dates and Process
NBSAT 2027 application window is open now. Candidates can fill the application form at the institute website, by creating a registration ID. Given below is the NBSAT application process 2027:
- Go to NBSAT website https://applications.nbs.edu.in/
- Enter name, email ID, mobile phone number, password, state, city and course
- Click on ‘I agree’ check box and register
- Fill NBSAT 2026 application form with personal and academic details
- Upload scanned photograph and signature
- Pay INR 2,000 via debit/credit card or net banking

There is no provision of application form correction in NBSAT. Candidates have to fill a fresh form if they make any error. Thus, it is advised that candidates fill the application form carefully and correctly.
NBSAT application fee can be paid online through net banking, UPI payment and credit/debit card transaction.
NBSAT application fee is non-refundable. Candidates cannot ask for fee refund in case you have made error in the form and fill a new one, or even if you choose to not appear for the exam.
NBSAT 2027 Exam Date and Guidelines
There is no specific exam date for NBSAT. Since the exam is conducted in remote proctored mode, the test date is alloted to candidates after they submit the application form. Guidelines for online proctored NBSAT are as follows:
- Candidates are required to report online by 10:45 am for user ID, password, and ID proof verification.
- Test duration is 120 minutes. Exam form will be open from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.
- Test for will close automatically at 1.00 pm. Candidates are expected to have saved their answers.
- Candidates must sit in a well lit room with their back against a wall.
- They should not switch off camera or leave their seat during the test. Otherwise, they will be disqualified.
- They must ensure the internet connectivity is uninterrupted otherwise time lost or unsaved questions will not be retrieved.
- Any candidate found using unfair means will be disqualified.

With basic preparation and practice of Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy, Analytical Reasoning, Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension, one can crack NBSAT with good scores.

For every question 1 mark will be awarded. There is no negative marking in exam, so for incorrect attempts, 0 marks will be awarded.
For NBSAT remote proctoring test, candidates will need a functional laptop/desktop with camera and mic. The internet connection should be fast and uninterrupted.
There is no sectional time limit in NBSAT. Candidates have to divide the time by themselves keeping in mind the section they find easy and tough.
It is not mandatory to attempt all the questions in NBSAT. Candidates can choose to answer only those questions that they can answer correctly. Overall, they must aim to attempt 2/3 of the total questions.
MBA entrance exams other than NBSAT accepted for MBA are CAT, XAT, CMAT and NMAT. Cut offs for these are:
- CAT < 75 percentile
- XAT < 70 percentile
- CMAT < 80 percentile
- NMAT < 180 score
NBSAT syllabus includes Quant & Data Interpretation, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, Business & Economic Awareness, Communication & Language Proficiency, Creativity & Innovation and Decision-Making & Ethical Reasoning. To cover the syllabus, candidates might require 2-3 months if they haven't studied the subjects before.
Candidates must sit in a well lit room for the NBSAT. There must be no disturbance during the exam. Candidates are not supposed to move away from their seat or switch off the camera at any point of time. They should not use any secondary material to attempt the questions.
