JEE Advanced 2020: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has announced that there will be no change in the JEE Advanced 2020 syllabus. The announcement has been made by the exam conducting authority in reference to reports suggesting that JEE Advanced 2020 may see some changes in the examination pattern and syllabus.
The IIT Delhi said, “In reference to a news report published in the media that JEE (Advanced) 2020 could see some changes in the examination pattern, IIT Delhi, the organising institute, would like to clarify that there are no plans to change the syllabus of the entrance examination. There is also no plan to discuss this matter in the next JAB meeting.”

The exam conducting authority – IIT Delhi has also clarified that there is no plan to discuss this matter in the next meeting of the Joint Admission Board meeting (JAB), the regulatory body for IIT admissions.
The Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) have recently decided to relax the admission criterion this year in view of partial cancellation of Class 12 exams by various boards. The same has been informed by the Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhariyal ‘Nishank’. He announced the same through twitter.
Candidates who qualify the engineering entrance exam JEE Main and are ranked within the top 2,50,000 rank holders are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The second edition of the JEE Main 2020 examination, which has been postponed twice, will now be held from September 1-6.
