WBJEE 2026 counselling has commenced. The qualified candidates will have to participate in the three rounds of counselling to be eligible for admissions. WBJEE 2026 counselling registration is open online. Seat allotment result will be declared for all participating candidates.
WBJEE seat allotment result is declared online. To check allotment result, students have to select their type of registration and log in using their roll number and password. Students will not be informed about their allotment in any other mode.

WBJEE 2026 Counselling Withdrawal Process
Candidates will be able to withdraw from WBJEE counselling 2026 only during the withdrawal period as per the official dates. Once withdrawal is successful, candidates will not be eligible for WBJEE 2026 seat allotment in any subsequent rounds. WBJEE 2026 seat acceptance fee will be refunded, wherever applicable, and will be governed by the refund policy prescribed by the Board.
WBJEE 2026 Round 2 Counselling (Upgradation)
WBJEEB conducted WBJEE Round 2 counselling to provide opportunities for upgradation to eligible candidates and to accommodate their preferences. This process also helped to fill vacant seats after Round 1. Since fresh registrations were accepted, eligible candidates who missed their chance in Round 1 could also apply for admissions into the remaining seats.

WBJEE 2026 result has been released. Students can check their scores and ranks through result. Authorities will not individually inform students about result. The link is now available online at official website.
During WBJEE counselling, the students who want to withdraw their admission have to complete it before the last date. If the withdrawal is not done on time, then they will not be able to get refund of the seat acceptance fee.
WBJEE result will not be sent through post or email. Students will have to log in with their roll number and password to check and download WBJEE result. They can download result in form of a rank card.
If the students have any grievance about their WBJEE score, then they can raise a query through email to information [at]wbjeeb.nic.in. The grievances have to be submitted within 24 hours of the result declaration. Only appearing for WBJEE is not enough for B.Arch. As per Council of Architecture (CoA) rules, you must also have a valid score in NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 (Architecture) alongside your academic and state entrance qualifications.

Yes, but only in private colleges through management quota, based on Class 12 marks, without needing WBJEE. Colleges like IEM, Heritage, Techno India, and Adamas offer this option.
Always check that the college is AICTE-approved before taking direct admission, as unapproved seats can create problems
