WBJEE 2026 Seat Allotment: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced WBJEE seat allotment dates 2026. Candidates will be able to check their WBJEE seat allotment result online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee by logging in using application number and password. No other mode will be used to announce WBJEE seat allotment result 2026. Separate seat allotment will be announced for each WBJEE 2026 counselling.

Commonly asked questions
WBJEE 2026 counselling will start on June 30. The qualified candidates will have to participate in the two rounds of counselling to be eligible for admissions. WBJEE 2026 counselling registration will be open online. Seat allotment result will be declared for all participating candidates.
WBJEE seat allotment result is declared online. To check allotment result, students have to select their type of registration and log in using their roll number and password. Students will not be informed about their allotment in any other mode.
The second round of WBJEE counselling is held to upgrade the registered candidates or freshly allot the ones who were not allotted in the first round. Fresh registrations will be accepted for Round 2.
The WBJEE seat acceptance fee is INR 5000 (refundable). To download the seat allotment letter, the students will have to pay the fee online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. If the fee is not paid, then they students will not be able to move forward with the admission confirmation process.

Once allotted, candidates will have to confirm their WBJEE 2026 admission. They will be given three options: Accept, Reject or Upgrade. For those who choose to accept allotment, they will have to pay WBJEE 2026 seat acceptance fee of INR 5000. The non-refundable fee has to be paid through net banking/credit card/debit card. After paying seat acceptance fee, they will have to report to their allotted institute and verify their documents. Once documents are verified, tuition fee have to be paid. If admission is not confirmed before final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.
Who are eligible for WBJEE 2026 Round 2 seat allotment?
For Round 2 of WBJEE seat allotment 2026, candidates who have chosen to upgrade their allotment can participate. Those who were not allotted during Round 1 also have chances of being allotted during second round. Fresh registrations are accepted for WBJEE 2026 Round 2 counselling.
If candidates are upgraded, they will have to confirm their admission before final date. If not given higher preference, then they can go back to their first allotment.
Commonly asked questions
WBJEE 2026 seat allotment for Round 1 will be released on July 7. Students will have to log in to check their allotment status and to download the allocation letter for the admission process. Separate allotment results will be announced for the different rounds of counselling.
Students with valid JEE Main scores can apply for admissions through WBJEE counselling. However, these students will be eligible for allotment only in 10% approved seats offered by self financing colleges and institutes participating in state level counselling.

Candidates will have to prepare the following list of documents for WBJEE counselling 2026.
- 10th admit card/birth certificate for verification of date of birth
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)

WBJEE 2026 Cutoff
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will release WBJEE cutoff 2026 online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. Opening and closing ranks for higher chances of admissions into a particular course and college will be available through WBJEE 2026 cutoff. However, cutoff will be prepared separately for different courses, colleges and categories.
