WBJEE 2021 Application Form - West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB), the official exam conducting body for WBJEE, has extended the final date to submit WBJEE 2021 application form till March 30. All candidates willing to appear for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) are required to complete their registration process first on the official website. The process for filling the WBJEE 2021 application involves the registration process, filling the application form, uploading the images (as asked in the instruction), payment of application fees and downloading the confirmation page.

In case of an error in the WBJEE application form 2021, the candidate can also use WBJEE application form correction facility on the official website from March 31 to April 2. They will be able to change certain sections in the application form (not all). These are the following details that candidate must keep in mind before filling the WBJEE application form 2021:

  • Domicile Certificate
  • Annual Family Income proof
  • Scholarship certificate issues from TWF (if applicable)
  • JEE Main 2021 application number if appeared for the exam
  • Class 10th mark sheet
  • Class 12th mark sheet
  • Passing certificate
  • Debit/Credit card details for fee payment
• Students will be required to enter their valid email id, mobile/phone number and password on the first login
• They can also correct their application form through the WBJEE Application Correction Window Facility on the official website of the board

Steps to fill WBJEE 2021 Application Form

If you are planning to appear for the WBJEE 2021 can read these guidelines to fill the application form (given at the end of steps to fill the form) before commencing with the form filling process. Read the following steps below:

Step 1: Apply for WBJEE 2021 registration

• While applying for WBJEE 2021 exam, the candidate will have to register themselves on the official website first
• To fill the WBJEE registration form, they will need their email ID/account
• In the next step, they can register as a new user by furnishing details like their name, date of birth and mobile number
• After the registration is successfully done, an OTP will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number
• Now verify the same with OTP to complete the WBJEE registration process

Step 2: Fill WBJEE 2021 application form

• All the candidates must read all the instructions carefully before filling the WBJEE application form
• After the application form is submitted properly, a unique seven-digit WBJEE application number will be automatically generated
• This unique seven-digit WBJEE number is to be carefully preserved as proof of successful registration
• The WBJEE application form is divided into two sections:

• Personal details: Enter details such as name, date of birth, father's name, category, gender, nationality, email ID, phone number and academic qualifications.
• Fee payment: Make the payment of WBJEE application fee using the available payment modes.

Step 3: Upload the photograph and signature

After filling the WBJEE application form, candidates will be required to upload the scanned copies of their recent passport-size photograph, specimen signature and left thumb impression as per the given specifications.

Step 4: Pay WBJEE 2021 application fee

• The WBJEE application fee for the General category is Rs 500
• The WBJEE application fee for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B is Rs 400
• The application fee is to be paid through debit/credit card or net banking
• An online receipt is automatically generated after the successful payment of the application fee

Note: Please note that this receipt is to be preserved carefully. This will be required as proof that a candidate has successfully made the payment of the WBJEE application fee and have registered to appear for the joint entrance exam. It will be needed at the time of the WBJEE counselling process and admissions.

Step 5: Download the confirmation page

In the last step, candidates are advised to take the printout of a final WBJEE application form 2021 confirmation page that will be generated after the final submission. It is for future reference.

WBJEE 2021 Application Form Correction

With this correction window facility, candidates can correct the WBJEE 2021 application form (in case of an error) from March 31 to April 2. They will be able to change/edit/update some of the particulars in the WBJEE application form filled earlier.

Once the WBJEE application 2021 submission process ends, the exam authorities at West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) examine the received applications. After this process, all the candidates will be notified regarding the errors or mistakes in their WBJEE application form.
