GIETEE 2026 Counselling & Seat Allotment: Registration Dates, Procedure

GIETEE Counselling 2026: The counselling process for admission to the B.Tech course through GIETEE/OJEE will be conducted by the university. The schedule for GIETEE 2026 counselling will be notified on the official website and also on this page after the result declaration.  A Common selection and Admission procedure will be followed through single-window counselling for all the B.Tech programmes.

The GIETEE 2026 counselling for allocation of branches to the short-listed candidates is based on their All India Rank (AIR) in GIETEE-2026. A candidate can obtain this information on the official website or by calling the university’s office, a day after the declaration of the results of GIETEE-2026. After the counselling for a particular day is over, the number of seats (branch-wise) available for allotment for the next day of counselling will be published on the website. If the mark statement of the qualifying exam has not been received before the date of counselling, the candidate would have to furnish an undertaking stating that if he/she fails to qualify as per the norms, it would lead him/her to forego his/her seat. Candidates will not be permitted to attend counselling more than once under any circumstances. Similarly, no change of branch will be entertained.
