- SAAT 2026 Scorecard/ JEE Main 2026 Scorecard
- Class 10 Mark sheet and Certificate
- Class 12 Mark sheet and Certificate
- Transfer Certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate (in original)
- Migration Certificate in original (if available).
- PH certificate (if applicable)
- Five colour passport size photograph
- A demand draft of the requisite fee in favor of "Siksha O Anusandhan University" payable at Bhubaneswar.
