R A Podar Institute of Management-Management Aptitude Test 2026 ( PIM-MAT )
PIM-MAT 2025 counselling was conducted between June 18 and June 23, 2025. PIM-MAT counselling was held at RA Podar Institute of Management, Rajasthan for the final shortlisted candidates. The final merit list on the basis of the PIM-MAT 2025 exam and GD-PI has been released. During the counselling process, admission offers for any of the programmes would be extended based on the candidate's position in the final merit list.

PIM-MAT 2025: Admission Process
Based on merit, four times the number of candidates as seats were called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview from amongst those applicants who qualified in the written examination. It was mandatory for candidates to be present in person for both Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
PIM-MAT 2025 Admission Process: Group Discussion
During Group Discussion, the examination panel analysed the candidate’s interpersonal skills, leadership quality, along with other personality traits. Candidates were given a topic or a hypothetical situation and were asked to debate or express their point of view on the same.
PIM-MAT 2025 Admission Process: Personal Interview
A personal Interview is held to assess the candidate's communication skills, personality confidence level, and knowledge about the business industry. The institute takes into account the relevant work experience, academic record and extra-curricular activities of the candidate.
PIM-MAT 2025 Admission Process: Final Selection
Final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in PIM-MAT exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

PIM-MAT 2025 Counselling
Candidates need to bring all the required documents along with the demand draft of Rs 75,200 (as partial fees) at the time of PIM-MAT counselling 2025. The demand draft has to be drawn in favour of Director, R A Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur, payable at Jaipur. The remaining amount will have to be deposited before the date stipulated by the institute. Candidates who fail to bring the required documents and demand draft will not be considered for PIM-MAT 2025 counselling. In counselling, the selected candidates are offered admission based on their ranks in the merit list.
For 2025 PIM MAT counselling, candidates must be present in person at the institute and if the candidate is suffering from COVID-19 and is unable to appear for the exam, then he/she can nominate someone on their behalf. The nominated candidate will have to carry a valid photo ID proof or Aadhar Card stating the relationship with the candidate along with the COVID-19 positive report of the candidate which is not older than 14 days.

Yes, you can apply for Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and MBA in Service Management programs through single PIM MAT application form. You are not required to apply seperate application form for second programe. There are no additional charges for applying second program. While filling the PIM MAT 2025 application form, you must ensure to enter both the programs. However, if you wish to apply for MBA Executive you will have to fill the seperate form for this program.
