Candidates interested in applying for the PG programmes offered by Deemed Universities can now register for the stray vacancy round of NEET PG 2020 counselling. Registrations open till August 14.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has reopened the registration window for the stray vacancy round of NEET PG 2020 counselling. Candidates who wish to participate in the last round of NEET PG counselling 2020 can now register online on the official website of MCC. MCC has also emphasised that this is merely an extension of the stray vacancy round of NEET PG 2020 counselling and should not be considered a new round.
Candidates must note that the stray vacancy round of NEET PG 2020 counselling is being conducted for admission to the seats left vacant in deemed universities. Candidates can download the seat matrix for the stray vacancy round for deemed universities using the link given below.

NEET PG 2020 Counselling: Important Points about the Stray Vacancy Round
- All candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2020 but could not register for the counselling process can register for the stray vacancy round
- MCC will send a list of the eligible candidates to the concerned Universities
- The stray vacancy round will not have choice-filling or seat allotment process
- Interested candidates have to report to the desired institute directly for confirmation of their admission
- Applicants are advised to check the fee structure of the universities before reporting
- They have to pay the course fee for the current session during the time of reporting
- The last date for reporting to the respective institutes will be August 14
