NEET 2020 seat allotment list was finalised on November 7. Selected candidates have until November 14 to make the choice of accepting/.rejecting the seat allotted to them.
NEET 2020 seat allotment list was released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). This was the first seat allotment list released for this year. The provisional NEET 2020 seat allotment list for the first round of counselling was released on November 6. A final NEET seat allotment list 2020 was released on November 7. The allotment letters for the first round of NEET 2020 counselling were also made available on November 7.
Candidates who been selected in the NEET 2020 seat allotment list need to submit the acceptance/rejection by November 14. Candidates who decide to continue with the seat allotted to them in the first NEET seat allotment list 2020 must report to the respective institute by November 14.

NEET Seat Allotment 2020: What’s New?
- From 2020, admission to AIIMS and JIPMER will also be through the all-India counselling. This has led to an addition of 1205 MBBS and 249 BDS seats in the central pool

How to Participate in the NEET 2020 Seat Allotment Process?
NEET exam result was announced on October 16, 2020. Candidates who qualified the examination are eligible to participate in the NEET counselling process. To participate in the NEET seat allotment process, candidates had to register themselves on the official website of MCC. After completing the registration process, candidates had to submit the choices for the desired course and colleges. They could choose any number of options from the list provided.
On the basis of these choices and the result of NEET 2020, MCC prepared the seat allotment list for the first round. The same process is repeated for the second and the mop-up round of NEET counselling 2020.
NEET 2020 Seat Allotment: Eligibility
To participate in the seat allotment process of NEET 2020 counselling, candidates need to fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
- They must have qualified NEET 2020
- They must attained the age of 17 by December 31, 2020
- They must have scored an aggregate of 50 per cent or more in the qualifying examination of Class 12 (for general category)
- They must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biochemistry and English as core subjects
