IIT Roorkee to Release GATE 2025 Answer Key Soon: Expected Dates, Steps to Raise Objections and more

The Indian Institute of Technology is all set to release the provisional GATE 2025 question paper answer key on the official website. The GATE 2025 exam was conducted in two shifts on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. Candidates can access the answer key from the GOAPS portal once it is released. Read below to know more.
Steps to Download GATE 2025 Provisional Answer Key
Once the GATE 2025 provisional answer key is released, candidates can access the solution key using the steps below -
- Visit the GATE official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in
- Click on the GATE answer key link available on the website.
- Login using the credentials - GATE enrollment ID and password
- Download and save it for evaluation purposes.
How to raise objections in the GATE 2025 answer key?
Once the GATE provisional question paper and response sheet are uploaded to the website, candidates can raise objections against the provisional GATE answer key with a fee of INR 500 per question. Candidates can challenge the answer key through the GOAPS portal.
Once the candidate submits the response sheet, the conducting authorities will evaluate and release a final answer key. The GATE 2025 results will be based on the responses recorded in the GATE final answer key. With the help of the answer key, candidates can evaluate their probable scores.
Announcement of GATE 2025 Results
IIT Roorkee will announce the GATE exam results on March 19, 2025. Candidates can check their results using their enrollment ID and password. The scorecards will be available for free download from March 28 to May 31, 2025. Later, scorecards will be available for download by paying a fee of INR 500 per test paper.
The GATE 2025 exam was conducted from Feb 1 to Feb 16, 2025, across various cities in India. Qualifying candidates can opt for MTech/PhD programs in IITs/NITs or GFTIs or apply for different PSUs.
