YCMOU 2025: Dec Hall Ticket, Time Table, Exam Date, Eligibility & Result

Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) Nashik, established in 1989 by the Maharashtra State Legislature, offers more than 50 programmes under multiple streams, including Engineering, Science, Management, Arts and more. The University conducts the YCMOU Exam twice a year for students enrolled on these programmes.

The YCMOU Exam is for repeaters as well as freshers. Candidates need to submit the YCMOU exam form and fees to appear for these exams. The exams are conducted by three units- Exam Unit 1, Exam Unit 2 and Exam Unit 3.

The YCMOU offers more than 50 Under Graduate (UG), Post Graduate (PG), Doctorate, Diploma and Certificate courses including BA, Bcom, BTech, BArch, B.Ed, MBA, MA, Mcom, PhD, etc. The YCMOU admissions to most of the courses are merit-based. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility norms can apply for YCMOU admissions.

The YCMOU time table 2025 has been released by the university. YCMOU 2025 December exam will be held in January 2026. Check below the process to download the time table-

The YCMOU hall ticket 2025 will be released soon. Admit cards are generally out at least a week before the exam. Candidates can download the hall ticket as shared here-

• Select the exam event, enter your PRN or user name and code

Filling YCMOU exam form

The YCMOU exam process starts with the submission of the exam form. The YCMOU exam form is made available to students 2 to 3 months before the commencement of the exams. The exam form can be downloaded from the official university portal. The last date for submitting the exam form is notified by the University.

Release of YCMOU timetable

The YCMOU timetable is released by the University to inform students about the exam dates and schedule of all the courses/ papers. The timetable is released unit-wise for Exam Units 1, 2 and 3. The timetable contains the following details- programme code, programme name, exam date and exam fee.

YCMOU Hall Ticket

The YCMOU hall ticket is released around 10 days before the exam date on the official website- www.ycmou.ac.in. Students need to take a printout of the YCMOU hall ticket and carry it to the exam centre. No candidate is allowed to appear for the YCMOU examination without the hall ticket.

Appearing in YCMOU exam

YCMOU conducts the semester exam twice a year. Students need to appear for the exam and qualify to get promoted to the next stage of their course or programme.

Declaration of YCMOU result

YCMOU result is declared by the University on the official website after the conduct of the exam. Students can check their results by logging in with their details. Qualified candidates are issued the passing certificate, which is valid till the issue of the original degree or diploma. 

YCMOU result 2025 for May-June has been declared. Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) willl release result for Dec 2025 after the exam is over. Candidates can check their results on official website at https://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac/.

The University releases the YCMOU exam results separately for all programme codes. Students can check their results and download the YCMOU mark sheets by using the process below.

• YCMOU result is displayed on the screen.
