GBPUAT 2025 Spot Round Counselling for undergraduate courses was conducted for all the eligible students who appeared for the GBPUAT Entrance exam. All the qualified students were required to visit the official website to check out the category-wise seat list.

The GBPUAT Round 2 counselling was conducted in online mode, and the campus reporting at the College of Agriculture, Pantnagar, was held between August 20, 21, 2025, for all the eligible students to complete their seat allocation and document verification process.

The Pantnagar counselling started on July 21, 2025, and the deadline to complete the choice filling process for all the selected candidates was July 25. 2025. This round was conducted for all the UG, PG and DVPLE candidates.

What is Pantnagar Entrance Exam?

The GBPUAT Exam is responsible for conducting the Pantnagar University Entrance Exam for those students who want to study undergraduate and postgraduate courses in different science-related streams like Agriculture,

The GBPUAT 2025 Counselling process Round 1 started on July 21, 2025, for UG, PG and DVPLE. The deadline to complete the choice filling process was over on July 25, 2025. Candidates must visit the official website to fill out their application form and submit the application fee.
Then, students need to download their admit card once it is released on the official website, a few days before the exam date.

For Science courses, candidates must have passed Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics/Agriculture or a relevant subject.

Students want to get admission to all UG courses should adhere to the age limit criteria as under:

All UG courses except Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry - 22 years as on (3 years age relaxation given to SC/ ST categories)
BVSc and AH - The minimum age limit is 17 years and, the maximum age limit is 25 years as on or before December 31, 2025. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC categories have been given the age relaxation for up to five years.

PG Science courses
