HSTES LEET 2025 Exam Dates, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus

HSTES LEET is the short form of the Haryana State Technical Education Society Lateral Entry Entrance Test. It is organised for admission to 2nd year (3rd Semester) of BTech/BE.

HSTES LEET application form 2025 will be released in online mode. Candidates seeking admission have to submit the application form by the last date. The application process incorporates various stages like registration, filling out the application form, uploading the required documents, fee payment and final submission. Candidates should fill the application form with correct details otherwise the applications will be liable for rejection.

HSTES LEET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the exam, candidates should go through the eligibility criteria. The exam authority will accept the application form of eligible candidates only. HSTES LEET eligibility criteria are as follows:

• Candidates should have completed a Diploma in Engineering/Technology with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% marks for reserved category) or
• Completed BSc degree with minimum 45% aggregate (40% marks for reserved category) and passed Class 12 with mathematics as a subject

Note:

• The relaxation in the cutoff percentage for Kashmiri Migrant is 10%
• Candidates having a BSc degree should have passed Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects
• Kashmiri migrants should have the original certificate signed by the concerned authority or Relief Commissioner

There will be two online off-campus HSTES LEET counselling 2025 for admission to all Lateral Entry to BE/ BTech Courses for all the seats of Government University Departments/ Government Technical Institutions and 75% of seats of Self Financing Institutes only. Post-second counselling, no online counselling shall be conducted and the admission shall be done at institute-level counselling.  The subcategories (including females) of a particular reserved category will be merged into the main reserved category.
