Uttarakhand BTech Counselling 2026 Dates: Registration, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment Schedule

Candidates have to register online on the counselling website uktech.ac.in to participate in the Uttarakhand BTech counselling 2026. They need to fill online registration form with details about their name, parents name, mobile number and email ID. Once the registration is complete, candidates will receive their user ID, password in the email ID and phone number provided in the registration form.

After registration, candidates have to login using their uer ID and password to fill application form. At this stage, candidates have to fill their personal details, education information, upload scanned image of photo, signature, photo ID proof and pay application fees via net banking, debit or credit card. The application fee for Uttarakhand BTech Admission is INR 2000 for all students. The last stage of Uttarakhand BTech application form 2026 is filling choices of college and courses.

The Uttarakhand BTech choice filling process means filling of preference of colleges and courses by the candidates where they want to get admission. Candidates can fill in the option of branch and institute during the application form filling. The candidates are also advised to choose only those branches/institutes in which they are interested in taking admission. The list of courses and institutes available to the candidates is displayed based on the candidates’ rank in the entrance exam under their respective logins. Candidates can select and arrange the choices in order of their preference.

The seat allotment of Uttarakhand BTech counselling 2026 will be release in July first week. The exact dates for all three rounds seat allotment and college reporting will be available in June last week. Candidates have to download their provisional allotment letter and report to the institute. Candidates who fail to report to the allotted institute within the specified deadline will not be considered for admission.

Candidates have to visit the allotted institute by the last date along with all the necessary original certificates, one attested photocopy of all the certificates and 2 photographs. If a candidate fails to submit the certificates at the time of admission, the candidate's allotment will be automatically revoked, and the seat will be made available for the next round of counselling.
