The Karnataka Education Department releases the Karnataka 10th Syllabus on its official website. Students may get the Karnataka SSLC syllabus 2026 from the official website, kseab.karnataka.gov.in/. They can contact Class teachers for detailed information on the Karnataka 10th Syllabus 2026. The Karnataka SSLC syllabus 2026 includes important topics, exam pattern and marking scheme for all the subjects. Students are advised to go through the Karnataka SSLC syllabus and learn accordingly.

Students have to learn the syllabus which is decided by the board for the year for which they are appearing 10th board exam. They can check the syllabus on the official website of their board. They can also take help from their teachers for the 10th board syllabus.

The Karnataka 10th exam is held for a duration of three hours without any break. 15 minutes extra time will be given for reading the question paper for all subjects. For first language and optional subjects, 3 hours is allotted for writing the exam and 15 minutes for question paper reading. The timing of the first language and core subjects is 10.30 am to 1.45 pm. Second language and third language timing is 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. 

The Karnataka board has not yet announced any changes in the Karnataka SSLC syllabus 2026. The board will release circular, if they are introducing any changes. As of now, they have not released any circular regarding Karnataka SSLC syllabus 2026. The board is expected to continue the same pattern followed last year. There are 6 subjects for the Karnataka SSLC exam. Students have to appear for 3 languages. Other subjects are Science, Social studies and Mathematics. The theory exam marks is out of 80. Internal marks is of total 20 marks. The first language paper has 100 marks written exam, while the rest of the subjects have 80 marks written exam and 20 marks internals. 

Students should refer to the books prescribed by the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) to cover the entire Karnataka SSLC syllabus 2026. Students should learn the text books provided by the Karnataka board thoroughly. There is no need to refer to other books to learn for the SSLC exam. The questions for Karnataka SSLC exam 2026 will be completed based on the text books provided by the Karnataka Education board. Those who fail in the SSLC exam will have to write the supplementary exam. The Karnataka board will release the supplementary exam dates soon after the declaration of the Karnataka SSLC result. The supplementary examinations are usually held in the month of June/July every year.
